About the webinar:
Caritas Salford will be hosting webinars to share information about our part in the Afghan Welcome Project.
This project supports legal routes for families to resettle into the UK with positive integration and support from local communities.
There is one webinar which will be delivered multiple times.
You only need to attend one and they will be delivered online so you can join us from the comfort and convenience of your own home.
What’s it about?
The Afghan Welcome Project will have vital impact supporting families but we need your help as volunteers, groups, and, landlords or property owners to help support it.
This webinar will talk about why the project is important, what help you can give as a potential volunteer or landlord, and what support you can expect.
We will also discuss the processes, requirements and commitment. Whatever your level of interest, we will welcome you to the webinar and answer all your questions!
Who is ‘we’?
The webinar will be hosted by Yama Saaee, Caritas resettlement worker who will talk about the project.
Supporting Yama will be Craig Savage, head of social action. Both have expertise in the area of resettlement and will share their own passion for the work.
