We aim to ensure people have support to prevent them becoming homeless, that those who do are helped to secure, safe accommodation, and that no-one has to sleep rough.

A huge number of people in Greater Manchester and Lancashire are experiencing food poverty and our services support families and individuals in crisis.

Working in schools, supporting families in crisis, being there for young parents and their babies – our work with children, young people and families spans a wide range of services.

Whether it’s individuals who are homeless, families in crisis, refugees or people seeking asylum, or those facing poverty or discrimination, we support them to transform their lives.

From business mentoring programmes to language and education classes, accessibility advice, to first aid training…we’ve a range of education, business and training services on offer.

People from a refugee background and those seeking asylum are welcome at all of our services and we also work alongside them in the local community in a wide range of different ways.

It’s important to us that as many people can access our services as possible and we also work with local groups across Greater Manchester and Lancashire to improve accessibility.

We work with schools, parishes, groups and individuals to form them in the principles and themes of Catholic Social Teaching, enabling and encouraging them to put their faith into action in a practical way.
