Members of our wonderful Caritas Red Door day centre team have already purchased their Bury 10k race places for Sunday 20 September – will you please join them and take part too?
Whether you fancy fast walking, jogging or running, we’d love you to join our team and raise money to help operate our homelessness service in Bury.
We believe everyone deserves a safe, secure place to call home, but sadly, for many that’s not the case.
Demand for our services has continued to grow and we need to be there for more and more people in Bury who are experiencing homelessness, or who are at risk of becoming homeless too.
We’re proud to work alongside lots of people from our local community, and can only do that thanks to the kind people who support our work.
The Bury Bid 10k is a guaranteed fun and friendly event. Staged in partnership with Bury Council, the 10k has continued to grow in popularity since its launch in 2016. Starting and finishing close to The Rock, the course is suitable for all abilities and entrants must be aged 15 plus on race day.

We’ll ensure you have a running vest, fundraising and training tips, and all the support you’d expect from being part of our team.
