Campaign for Real Living Wage ramps up

To celebrate Real Living Wage Week, this week, we joined the special event marking the 10th anniversary of this campaign in Greater Manchester.
It was powerful hearing numerous organisations and individuals share their experiences, from being able to meet basic needs, to finally going on holidays. These changes have positively impacted people’s mental health and resulted in increased staff productivity and retention.
Stories like these that make us proud to be a Real Living Wage employer and drive our ongoing advocacy.
