Target population: Key Stage 1, 2 & 3 for pupils with exam stress, anxiety, disruptive behaviour or changes in the family
Number of pupils: Groups of 6-10 pupils
Duration: 1 hour delivery 6 week programme plus 2 further sessions, one for parent introduction and one for parent consultation at end
Evaluation tools used to measure impact: Pre flyer for Parents/Carers, Pre meeting with parents to be offered to demonstrate the skills taught

Relax Kids classes give children the chance to make new friends, build confidence and self-esteem as well as learn tools that will set them up for life.
The sessions last between 45 and 60 minutes and are different from any others as they use a unique combination of mindful games, storytelling with exercises, stretching, breathing and massage as well as positive affirmations, visualisations, mindfulness and relaxations.
The programme allows children to have fun but also learn vital skills that will help them for years to come. Children will learn skills that they can use every day; how to relax and improve their sleep, how to self sooth, increase their brain power, develop their self confidence, manage their moods or emotions and manage stress and anxiety and develop self-confidence.
The programmes are proven to promote positivity and self-esteem increase emotional literacy, build emotional resilience and increase happiness and optimism. A whole school approach can be developed as part of this programme.
