Lalley – What We Do

Food support
The Lalley Centre currently hosts a COVID safe weekly food pantry on a Wednesday, to access our pantry you need to book a time slot, please contact us on 0161 205 2754 to book a slot.
Your first visit is free, if you’re on benefits or low income it cost £1 for every week you attend. If you’re waiting for your Universal Credit, have been sanctioned or have No Recourse to Public funds there is no charge.
After your initial attendance at our food pantry, to continue to use our food pantry, you need to complete the membership form. Membership signups are on Fridays between 10am and 11.30, during COVID all sign ups must be by appointment only.
What we need to see to complete your membership:
  • Proof of how many adults and children are in the household
  • Proof of income or No Recourse to public funds
  • A letter from school worker or social services will count as proof if this information is covered
Emergency food parcels are also available via agency referral please contact us on 0161 205 2754 or email lalleycentre@caritassalford.org.uk to refer.
Support
We also offer 1:1 support via appointment for Benefits advice and housing, emotional support and life skills.

Lalley openning times:

10am – 4pm Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Last appointment will be made at 3pm
