Following another successful event this year, we are delighted to confirm that our next Big Sleep Out will take place on Friday 16th September 2022 at Xaverian College and (tbc) other locations across the diocese.
This event is not intended to replicate the real lived experiences of those people who are street homeless, but merely provide supporters with a glimpse of some of the challenges faced in one night outdoors. Participants will be required to raise sponsorship funds, which enables Caritas to continue to provide practical assistance and 1:1 support, as well as to advocate on behalf of those without a permanent home.
