At Caritas Salford’s annual service we remember and pray for anyone who has died from our community, including friends, family, volunteers, staff, and supporters who ensure that our work can continue even after they’ve gone.

Everyone is welcome.

There are also many other ways you can remember someone special and know that you are also helping local people experiencing poverty, homelessness and discrimination including:

  • Organising a funeral collection in lieu of flowers.
Creating a memory page and tribute fund.
    Donating in their memory.
Taking on a race or other challenge in their memory.

At Caritas, we believe that everyone should have opportunity to participate in all activities. This includes people who use our services, employees and volunteers.

Together we will work alongside individuals to find inclusive ways of working that suit them best.  We seek to welcome, integrate, and support the participation of all people by making our projects accessible.  If you face barriers because of your physical, mental and emotional, learning, sensory and/or communications needs, please let us know.
